Waproo is a brand that is owned and operated by Dunkelman & Son. Unit 1, Eagle Avenue, Magnetic Park, Desborough, Northamptonshire, NN14 2WD.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without advance warning. Any such changes will take effect when the adjusted Terms & Conditions are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms & Conditions on each occasion that you use this website, your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance to be bound by our latest Terms & Conditions.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you are using this website and placing any business.
When you place an order via our website, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the product/s you have ordered.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Dunkelman & Son will take place on the despatch of your order unless we notify you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled the order.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained on our website is correct and up to date. However, we disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained on the website if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that arise from the use of this information.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in any price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the content of any other website to which this site may be linked with. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Our aim is to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be despatched to you quickly and directly from our warehouse. From time to time, we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will inform you accordingly. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative to the product ordered or to cancel your order.
We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of images and the reproduction of specific colours of products offered on our website.
All prices quoted are British pounds sterling and are inclusive of value added tax VAT at the appropriate rate. If the prices change between the time of you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of our selves and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted by OPAYO via a secure server.
These conditions and terms of trade are governed and constructed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Returns Information: -
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened and include the original packaging. If you send the item back within 14 days of receipt, you will be entitled to a full refund, or alternatively an exchange for a product of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a product of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference beforehand by calling our team. If any of your order is received damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and send photo evidence alongside your invoice details. We must have evidence to offer a refund or an exchange.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our behalf, such as the incorrect product was sent to you, we will be happy to refund the charges you incurred for posting the item back to us. Please hold onto the postage receipt for proof of return. If you wish to return the item after the 14 day return window, you can do so but this will be at your own expense and you will only be entitled to an exchange.
For all returns, please contact us for a unique returns number. This will enable us to identify your return and process as smoothly as possible. No return number may result in you not being credited.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Distance Selling Regulations: -
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and this 14-day period begins the day after the receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All items returned under these regulations must be received by our warehouse within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, in a re-sellable and reusable condition. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense.
Damaged Items: -
If an item arrived damaged, please retain all the packaging materials including the outer carton that your order arrived in. If the outer carton was severely damaged in transit you must inform us immediately so we can assist you and arrange a solution.
Missing or Incorrect Item: -
If an item from your order is missing or is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to correct any issues.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned or damaged item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used to make the payment. Refunds will can take up to 14 days from the date that we receive the goods.
Vegan Approved: -
We are delighted that our new range of shoe care cans are now certified with the Vegan Society. If you have any questions on our products ingredients please do get in touch.
Christmas & New Year orders: -
Any orders placed from the 24th December will be processed and despatched when our offices re-open on the 4th January 2022.
